Amazing Staff: During my stay, I had the pleasure of encountering a staff member who went above and beyond to ensure my sister and I had a delightful experience. This young, enthusiastic gentleman worked tirelessly from dawn to dusk, displaying exceptional dedication to his role. With his helpful attitude and warm smile, he made us feel as if we were the most important guests in the universe.

Housekeeping Timing:

The location was perfect, close to key spots in the city and easy to find. Another advantage was the lock code system, which worked well and made our check-in and check-out process smooth.

This employee's behavior was unacceptable and could potentially drive customers away. the flat was quite warm and could have benefited from an extra fan in the lounge.

The lock codes were super easy to use, and I was mind-blown by the convenience they provided. The apartment itself was jaw-dropping, equipped with every amenity imaginable and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The building had a lift, which was a great help. The free wi-fi and parking were a bonus, and I even got access to the fitness center. Plus, the nearby golf course and bowling alley were a blast. And to top it all off, the no smoking policy ensured a clean and fresh atmosphere throughout my stay.

The apartment was well-equipped. Lock codes worked effectively. Clarity on door lock needed. Fob availability should be ensured.

The lack of bedding for the sofa bed was a slight inconvenience.

The 2-bedroom apartment at The Bayard Plaza was such a cozy and comfortable place to stay. The living room, with its flat-screen TV, was perfect for lounging around and watching my favorite shows. And having a fully equipped kitchen made it easy for me to whip up some delicious meals during my stay. I felt right at home in this apartment!

The only thing I didn't love was that there was only one flat-screen TV in the apartment. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
